Jerk Chicken Sausages

Ingredients:
All natural chicken breasts & thighs no growth hormones no steroids no antibiotics no GMO. pimento scallions garlic molasses thyme leaves shallots Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper ginger nutmeg vinegar black pepper cinnamon vidalia onions demerara sugar kosher salt pure citric acid.
 
Cooking Instructions:
Stovetop: thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes, pat dry with paper towel poke with a toothpick drizzle 1tbs of extra virgin olive oil or reg oil in a nonstick skillet cook for 4minutes on low heat then turn up heat to medium cook for an additional 4 minutes rotating occasionally. Boil: bring water to a boil place the entire sous vide package or individual sausage in boiling bring to a boil, cook for 4 minutes Oven: preheat oven 400°F or 205°C  thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes pat dry with paper towel poke with a toothpick cook for 4-7 minutes rotating occasionally. Grill: slightly grease surface thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes pat dry with paper towel poke with a toothpick grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes rotating occasionally. Microwave: thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes pat dry with paper towel poke with a toothpick cook for 90 seconds.
