Each package of Selena’s Jamaican Gourmet Curry Chicken Sausages and Jerk Chicken Sausages contains 4 uncooked, frozen individual links, vacuum sealed in a sous vide bag – ready to cook.
Our lean, juicy sausages are loaded with amazing flavors and will fill your kitchen with aromas to whet your appetite while they cook. We have three levels options to choose from: Flavorful Non-Spicy, Medium Spicy, Hot & Spicy.
Ingredients:
All natural chicken breast & thighs no growth hormones no steroids no antibiotics no GMO. masala cumin cinnamon turmeric coriander cardamon ginger black pepper garlic scallions pimento vidalia onions shallots thyme extra virgin olive oil kosher salt Jamaican scotch bonnet pepper.
 
Cooking Instructions:
Stovetop: thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes, pat dry with paper towel, poke with a toothpick, drizzle 1tbs of extra virgin olive oil or reg oil in a nonstick skillet on low heat place sausages in skillet cover and cook for 4minutes rotating occasionally, remove cover, turn up the heat to medium high, cook for an additional 4 minutes rotating occasionally. Boil: bring water to a boil, place the entire sous vide package or individual sausage in boiling, bring to a boil and cook for 3-4 minutes. Oven: preheat oven 400°F or 205°C thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes, pat dry with paper towel, poke with a toothpick, drizzle 1tbs of extra virgin olive oil or reg oil on a nonstick baking sheet and for bake for 4-7 minutes rotating occasionally. Grill preheat on medium heat, thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes, pat dry with paper towel, poke with a toothpick, grill on medium heat for 5-7 minutes rotating occasionally. Microwave: thaw entire package or individual sausage in cold water for 5-10 minutes, pat dry with paper towel, poke with a toothpick, cook for 1min.
